I have created a video podcast but it is 1.25 gigs - I cannot send it and I do not know how to compress it small enough to fit in an e-mail in fact I don't think I can my camera is a handheld HD camera and it doesn't shoot a low enough quality to make the 25mb my e-mail demands it to be for me to attach it - any suggestions besides loading it up in Vimeo and sending you a link?
